A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team by email or phone. Quotes are based on the trip details provided at the time of the request, including headcount, pickup and drop off locations and stops.
Rates are quoted in advance based on vehicle type, trip duration and distance. Additional stops, wait time or changes to the itinerary after confirmation may adjust the final price. Payment terms will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on trip type and notice given. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change, and we will work with you on available options.
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles, chauffeurs and fellow riders with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Damage caused by a passenger during a trip may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
Van Service Minneapolis maintains commercial insurance for all vehicles in operation. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road closures and traffic conditions, though we work to minimize their impact on every trip.
